A. Subscription Billing

- Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
- Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
B. Refunds for Subscriptions

- Duplicate billing due to a system error
- Failure to provide access to paid features due to a verified system issue
- Accidental purchase reported within 48 hours, with no significant usage

4. Transaction Reversals

- Duplicate transactions
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
- Failed or incomplete transfers
- System execution errors
Non-Refundable Transactions
- Successfully completed trades or transfers
- User errors (incorrect account, symbol, or wallet address)
- Market-related losses
- On-chain or irreversible transactions
- Fees (processing, FX, network)
5. Cancellation Window (Transactions)
Transactions may only be canceled if they have:
- Not been executed
- Not been submitted to the broker or payment rails
